Bilateral Cooperation Brussels-Capital Region – Quebec

The Brussels-Capital Region (BCR) and the Government of Quebec have been linked by bonds of friendship, working in a spirit of cooperation for many years already. On 6 September 2002, the privileged relationship between both parties culminated in a bilateral agreement, focussing on themes of common interest, which have evolved over the years, as well as on several specific projects that the partners have carried out in perfect harmony. To breathe new life and vibrance into this beautiful collaboration and to adapt their exchanges to the times we live in, Quebec and the Brussels Capital Region have decided to launch a joint call for projects.
